Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love our sleepwear as much as we do, but if not, here's what to do.

Extended Returns & Exchanges: For Peter Alexander items purchased between 30 October, and up until Christmas Eve 24 December, you have until the 12 January 2025 or at least 30 days from the date of the purchase to exchange or refund.

In addition to your consumer law rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. Within 30 days of receiving, the items with the original receipt are returned to us.
  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tags attached. Items must not have been worn and must not have been personalised.
  3. For items purchased online using Clearpay or Klarna as tender, we are unable to issue refunds in store. They can be refunded by posting to our Online Store; or exchanged in store for product or a gift card. Any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid will be issued on a gift card.
  4. We require your name and contact details to maintain the integrity of the transaction.

Please note our refund & exchange Policy set out above does not affect or limit your consumer law rights and the consumer guarantees under those laws in any way (eg. for items that are faulty or don't match the description).

Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, you may exchange or return an item for a refund. Refunds will be processed at the original purchase price using the original form of payment

Purchases Made In Store

Purchases made in a Peter Alexander retail store in the United Kingdom can be returned or exchanged in a Peter Alexander retail store in the United Kingdom. You must present the receipt you received in the store at the time you purchased your items.

Purchases Made Online

You can return an item purchased online as follows:

  1. In any Peter Alexander retail store in the United Kingdom. For items purchased online using Clearpay or Klarna as tender, we are unable to issue refunds in store.
  2. By completing the below and posting it to our Online Store Returns & Exchanges address:

Make sure your order number, name, address, email, phone number and instructions are included and any comments.

All returns & exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Peter Alexander. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Refunds will be processed at the original purchase price using the original form of payment, and will be made within 14 days from when we received the items back. Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for exchanges; unless goods are returned in accordance with your consumer law rights (e.g. items are faulty or not as ordered).
