In addition to your consumer law rights, should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:
- Within 30 days of receiving, the items with the original receipt are returned to us.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tags attached. Items must not have been worn and must not have been personalised.
- For items purchased online using Clearpay or Klarna as tender, we are unable to issue refunds in store. They can be refunded by posting to our Online Store; or exchanged in store for product or a gift card. Any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid will be issued on a gift card.
- We require your name and contact details to maintain the integrity of the transaction.
Please note our refund & exchange Policy set out above does not affect or limit your consumer law rights and the consumer guarantees under those laws in any way (eg. for items that are faulty or don't match the description).
