Delivery Information

Orders are sent via Evri on a standard delivery service and are fully tracked.

Delivery is Monday through to Saturday; excluding bank holidays.

Your order will be despatched pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock.

For orders that contain personalised items, please allow an additional 2 business days for despatch and delivery of your order.

At the checkout, we will give you the option of adding a safe place where we can leave your parcel if you're not home. If you have opted for a safe place delivery and Evri has successfully delivered your parcel, a card will be left in your mail box confirming your delivery.

Where delivery can't be made at your designated address, safe place or neighbours, a card will be left. You can arrange a re-delivery to a different address within the same area code, safe place or neighbour. Evri will reattempt delivery up to 3 times in total.

After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts the parcel will be returned to the closest local Evri depot and redirection back to Peter Alexander will take place.

Please note during Sale or promotional events, delivery may take longer than the stated delivery times above.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, floods, etc.)

Orders placed after 2pm on business days, or on weekends and bank holidays will be despatched on the next business day.

Our express delivery option includes the Channel Islands; however please allow an additional 2 - 5 business day for goods to clear customs.
